I shipped my items back for an exchange two weeks ago. They were delivered on May 19, per FedEx, well within the allowed window. Since then I’ve not received any updates about my supposed replacements, nor any response from customer service despite several email inquiries. Now I’m out most $200 for swimsuits sized to fit the undeveloped bodies of teenage girls, and since the styles were on sale I appear to be ineligible for a full refund which, if y’all weren’t a scam company, you’d give me. I’ve left a one star review on TrustPilot, and will do so anywhere else I find on the internet until I receive my replacement items (which probably still won’t fit because I’m an adult woman and not a 12 year old, based on your sizing). I’m furious, and your company is a joke.
